Once the red states and red counties are reopened, Twitter and Facebook will be buzzing with pictures of those citizens enjoying your lives and sending the kids back to school. Then it will be very hard for the blue states and the blue counties not to follow.
Also the feds could turn off the emergency funds tap to the blue states. Money talks.
I am surprised the instant decrease in tax revenues from all sources hasn’t inspired the blue states to open up even now. No one is paying anything.
