When reality is disrespectful, it is probably time to re-evaluate your deepest held convictions.
The Deputy’s sins are now a matter between him and our Lord. I fail to see how the sinful nature of the Deputy’s life could have been relevant in addressing police officer concerns about Wuhan virus exposure. The police chief didn’t focus on the problem and demonstrate to his officers that he took their concerns seriously. Instead he made speculative comments about an employee of another agency, It was poor leadership and stupid.
Let’s be clear. Liberal radical people are drawn like a magnet to media careers. You see it locally, regionally and especially nationally. You can’t get a job unless you are a card carrying liberal.
So don’t expect to see issues treated fairly. This is a religion to these folks.
