Just got filled up with propane last week, $1.27/gallon in east central WI. Gassed up the car today at $.97/9 per gallon. Just didn’t seem right...
With current volatility 5% is nothing. With current demand the agreement has only speculative value. It won’t move Brent beyond $40, at least not for a prolonged period of time.
