That is just not true, they have not run out of money yet. They are projecting they will run out of money and want to get ahead of it.

The PPP funds have not run out yet, but about half has been spoken for so far, and congress isn’t due back until the 20th, and may stay out longer than that.

They don’t want to have to stop, then re-start, but Pelosi want’s more bailouts to the several states to be added.
