There’s some unknown amount of people who get it but don’t get tested.

There’s some unknown amount of people who get it but don’t get tested. The current plan is to 'test thousands' of people with no symptoms to 'determine the actual infection rate/herd immunity'...
...and to distort and inflate the demonstrator to minimize the the reported fatality rate.
