Wouldn't you just LOVE to see a judge addressing the plaintiffs & lawyers with something like: "In all my years on the bench, I have never seen a lawsuit so frivolous. This is such an egregious abuse of our legal system that it calls for far more than merely an instant dismissal. Therefore I am declaring all of you standing before me to be In Contempt Of Court, and directing the bailiffs to immediately apprehend you and incarcerate you with the general prison population in the nearest State Penitentiary, while I take a great deal of time in thought and research to further consider the merits of your case."
Do you think that might put a stop to these?
Of course it won't happen. But one can only dream.
