Remember the 50 cents a gallon? Good times!
I remember those days as well. I drove a gas hog, Pontiac with a 400 engine.
Now in Georgia, we are paying 56 cents per gallon in state tax.

Yeah, but I also remember getting $35 a week take home pay, too.
Things were far cheaper then, including incomes...

My husband had a now very much coveted 66 GTO muscle car!! It was BEAUTIFUL! To this day he laments that car he totaled..SAD times..😢 but I tell him maybe the good Lord will let him have one in heaven! 😂
