Every Trump daily press briefing occurs at least 45 minutes later than the first announced start time.
There's probably a logical reason for this but I can't pin it down.

There's probably a logical reason for this but I can't pin it down. Lately, President Trump has said that he left meetings or phone calls to appear at the briefings, and then he says he's leaving to go back to the meetings.
