Actually, she hasn’t. LARA is the state agency that crafted the rules about sanctioning pharmacies and health care providers if they prescribe HC “off-label” for the Covid-19 virus. That rule still stands and even though Whitmer has been pleading for the drugs, LARA still has the sanctions on the books.
