It’s time to privatize the US Mail. Being a strict constitutionalist, I recognize the US constitution gives the federal government the power to ‘Establish Post Offices and post Roads.’ It doesn’t say how they are to be run. Either amend the constitution to eliminate this power or privatize by law.

If it has a postage stamp and is addressed to the county canvasing board, then it is probably the latter. If it has a meter and is addressed to the voter, then it is probably the former.
