Honestly, it’s not contest, El Chapo. Because, El Chapo would do some things right, to keep power, even while robbing the nation blind. Alfred E. Newman would screw up everything he touches, not out of malice, but because he couldn’t do anything else.

In a way, that's been the choice facing American voters, for decades. Do you vote for the Dishonest Party candidate, or the Stupid Party candidate? (I tend to vote for the Stupid Party candidates... ;^)

With so many thoughts coming so quickly he cannot form them into ordinary human ideas and conversation. So he grabs a few words from each thought and melds them into the messages he speaks. Yep, don't ever count ol' Joe out! He may be the Senate's very own version of Congressman Hank Johnson, but those libs love him (& Hank, too)!

Speaking of which, that's an obvious 'strategery' for Joe (who may be delirious, but he's delirious like a fox). He could instantly recapture the look & feel of the Obama-Biden 'glory years', by picking Hank as his running mate! Hank would add "gravitas" to the ticket, in the same way Joe helped whats-his-name from Chicago look like a serious candidate!
