Dr. Tedros-Ghebreyesus may have a Ph.D doctorate but he is not a Physician. So if someone falls ill at a gathering and the call goes out; “Is there a doctor in the house?”, he is NOT the person to answer it! AFAIK he is the first non-physician to head the W.H.O. since its founding in 1948.
