I would ask the author to define “vulnerable”.
All these likely apply:
Obese
Diabetes or pre-diabetes
Over 60
Smoker / ex-smoker
Other lung problems (prior severe flu episode, for example)
Compromised immune system
Heart disease
and so on...
Obesity alone is 30% of our population.

Actually the article is from the: American Institute for Economic Research https://www.aier.org/article/stand-up-for-your-rights-says-professor-knut-m-wittkowski/ I examined the two articles. They are not the same. The WND article is a unique reporting by a WND Staff writer.
