Reminds me too much of Bush Jr. waiting until the last minute to fire his enemies. The Democrats, Clinton and Obama, wasted no time in getting rid of people who could cause problems - and by doing that so early, they didn’t have to deal with the political backlash when it counted (i.e., near an election). I don’t know why the hell Trump was willing to leave them in place so long, as it was OBVIOUS to his supporters as to what was going on.
I agree. History will record Trump’s biggest mistake was in not carrying out mass firings commencing at 8AM on 1/21/2017.
