#27. When you have about 1.3-1.5 Billion people to feed, knocking off a few hundred thousand of them is almost irrelevant. Knocking off tens of thousands of people in other countries, esp. those of the West and crippling their economies - PRICELESS.
I have a strong suspicion this wasn’t a finished product, that it was an imperfect prototype. It would be so easy as well to send a few volunteers to spread this virus in the United States. It could be almost untraceable that way.
