To: E. Pluribus Unum

Yeah, right. Unless other nations join in, because it is squarely on the Chinese Commie government, nothing will happen. This is different from suing a company or industry; it’s inter-governmental. Our government would have to go after theirs, and the world court will give absolutely zero fvcks unless a number of nations get in on it.

China needs to go the way of NK, and be ostracized from the global community until they get their sh!t together.

He's probably just suing them over their US assets in US Court. Considering most ownership chains go back to the central gov't in China they have a tremendous exposure. If he has a case he can seek an injunction to freeze the assets. Of course, he may be acting on behalf of Chinese Gov't interests to divert other claims into an unwinnable class action, heheh.
