This happened 25 miles north of the city of San Diego, in Encinitas.
I wonder if San Diego cops are also pulling this stuff on beachgoers in Imperial Beach, or would that be RAAACIST?

San Diego used to be a conservative place.
I wonder if their electing Bob Filner mayor (if I remember correctly), turned them to the Marxist Left. Filner, a one-term US congressman (D-PA or CA), was a “Red Diaper Baby”. His parents were Communist Party USA members and recruiters in Pennsylvania in the old days.
