These up and comers can and should be learning from the “old timers” who went through the school of hard knocks (so to speak), not from a bunch of bookworms who have never dirtied their hands.


There’s a never-ending arrogance-battle between the inexperienced, and the experienced who never update their skills.

Best case, is an experienced doc who avidly reads up on new events.

Yep.... humility is a yuge factor but more importantly is not closing your mind to other possibilities.

Never liked the term “expert” as it implies all knowing, so to speak. We are all in various states of the learning process. Some are just a lot further along than others.
