” One of the nation’s most enduring figures “ ?

Are you kidding me ? He was a crook, and a Maduro loving commie.

Leave it to taxpayer-funded PBS to carry the water for yet another thieving socialist.

Is it any wonder why dictators like Maduro cling on to power? Once you leave, the next administration will find you guilty of something. The same thing happened to Pinochet, and now the left wants to prosecute Trump after he leaves office. This is a dangerous trend that threatens to turn our country into a banana replublic. Without a peaceful transition of power and beyond, there will be no republic.

Central-South American political corruption?

*************

Yes, but at least something was done about it in one case. That’s one more than we will ever get.

Our government is thoroughly corrupt because there are never any consequences or accountability. Jail time? Forget about it.
