Your arrogant effluent aside, it IS the reason some physicians are using HCQ. HCQ IS an ionophore for zinc. You seem to want to keep your reason for using HCQ a deep secret, so those physicians who share their anecdotal data must be inferior to your highness. You got his back alright! You both appear to have the 'doctor god' complex.

BTW, does zinc interrupt the virus replication in the cell? Then the HCQ does aid in reducing the viral load. But of course that is not why YOU would use it.

You obviously do not follow the posts but for your highness’ happiness...The reason that we are using HCQ is because it modulates the autoimmune reaction that causes shock (some people call it cytokine storm...its a misnomer). It acts as a relative anti-inflammatory on the immune level which causes loss of progression to the critical phase, and rescues in the critical phase. We are not treating the virus per se as much as the ramped up autoimmune function. The fact that there is some virocidal activity is NOT the principle issue. Azithromycin likewise has mild virocidal activity but also acts as an anti-inflammatory and works against the SIRS response.

This is the science — I can’t help it if you want to promote all the rest.
