Mood Disorders With HIV Increase Risk for Noncommunicable Disease

Focused prevention and treatment of noncommunicable diseases may reduce the burden of multimorbidity in people living with HIV (PLWHIV) who have mood disorders and multimorbidity, particularly metabolic syndrome, according to a study recently published in Clinical Science.

In the general population, underlying psychiatric disease has been associated with increased rates of noncommunicable disease, including renal disease, liver disease, cerebrovascular disease, and cardiovascular disease. One potential mechanism of this association is that adults with mood disorders may have higher levels of markers of systemic inflammation and alterations in adaptive immunology. In PLWHIV, the pathogenesis of noncommunicable disease is complex and involves inflammatory, immunologic, pharmacologic, and behavioral mechanisms.

It’s pretty damn sad all the suffering AIDS has wrought which is 100% preventable and unnecessary. As a friend stated years ago, the most preventable plague in history.

Years ago I pointed out to a gay relative how much death and suffering the militant homosexual lobby was responsible for because they had used PC to paint it as a hetero disease, and later to make it look like better medications were somehow a “cure” and has encouraged younger males to continue the promiscuous march to death. The homosexual lobby has, IMO, killed many thousands of gay men and doesn’t give a crap.

I usually just call them QUEERS or HOMO’S.

GAY = Happily excited, Merry, Cheerful.

HOMO or QUEER = Someone most likely to be infected by an ANALLY INFLICTED DEATH SENTENCE or AIDS.

Other terminology for QUEERS = RUMP RANGER, FUDGE PACKER, POOFTER, SISSY, GIRLIE MAN, SODOMITE, BUGGERER.

Why did we let a bunch of Queers appropriate the English Language; GAY never before in history meant QUEER.

Full disclosure, I never called homosexual friends and acquaintances “fags” and was fairly ambivalent toward their chosen lifestyles UNTIL their malignant activism started with the Lawrence decision. It has turned them into demonic monsters and they deserve every bit of derision that I can muster.

Any conciliatory withholding of condemnation from them will always be seen by them as a weakness to exploit. They must be thrown down, and kicked mercilessly when they are down. I’ve learned through experience that this is always the case.

(I am not talking about those who experience same-sex attraction and keep it on a personal level, but the activists, who are monolithic in their poisonous contempt for normal people and Christianity.)

So, he’s saying that mentally ill homos make poor choices, not just about sex, but about drugs and alcohol, diet, and exercise, which would much more easily explain these medical problems than some mumbo jumbo about affected immune systems.

I always heard that pathologies traveled in packs. So if you are screwed up enough to be queer, there is probably other stuff wrong with you. Plus, it must suck to be queer when you finish some obscene act and you know in your heart it was obscene and disgusting. Can’t be good for your soul or your psyche.
