I was hoping he would hold out until warm weather.
Anyway, it doesn’t kick in until 5PM tomorrow.
The penalty is a $100 or 30 days, per day.

Intelligent folks are already taking such actions - the sorry thing is that a lot still need to be reminded....those who would gladly shoot an AIDS carrier for crashing their orgy w/o telling anyone they had the virus, have no issue with folks who know they have corona "thumbing their noses".
Personal responsibility is a big part of FReedom under our Constitution...President Trump realizes this and continues to allow States to handle their business vs. a Federal clampdown...if so many people weren't idiots, not only would our Constitutional Freedoms not be under test, but the Dem Party wouldn't be the Socialist animal growing in our collective national womb.
