So...what? She’s not engaged in practicing medicine anymore, she’s engaged in setting policy regarding medicine - something for which she is well qualified. I’d hope we did not drag a practicing doctor away from his patients to make public utterances in daily press briefings for the likes of CNN.

If she cared enough, she would keep her license up to date,
even if she did not practice medicine. Probably to cheap to pay
for the costs of continuing education and license fees.
