The president SHOULD tell Slo Joe he’ll take his call and give him a time to call. Trump should also let Biden know he has a few questions for him that are not related to the virus.
First he was going to call, then it was they need to make arrangements, now it is happy to talk - if you want to, no call will be made.
I was kind of looking forward to their Festival, even though I am not of the Body.
Good thing Joe isn’t President, It would take him months to schedule a call to FEMA to get them out in the field to bail out all the incompetent Dem Governors.

He knows Trump will record the call in order to protect himself against any more whistleblower claims.
