In 2017, I lost 131 lbs (265 down to 134) in the York Hospital in 23 days, being IV fed & watered thru L/R neck veins, living on 4 cups of chipped ice/day. Then, another 11 lb loss at PSU-Hershey Hospital and back to York for another 8 lb loss. 15 operation took their toll, too. So did dying 2x The body just eats any available muscle and fat.
Drugs are rough on the appetite and body. It’s taken me almost 2yrs just to get up to 180 lbs. If Rush is going thru chemo or some other routine, he needs to maintain his strength. God Bless him.
