This is all somewhat absurd endgame from here; just step up to the microphone and say, "Let's protect our over-70 with every single precaution, let's offer everyone in public contact with prophylatic HCL and no copays for testing or full treatment; and for the majority of us who had this stuff in January -- OPEN FOR BUSINESS."
