And as for hierarchy I understand that in your system it means a lot...just as it does in ours (Vice President,Speaker of the House,Secretary of State,etc).

I have to acknowledge some personal prejudice here. Decades ago I knew his father William, a deeply unpleasant man, some of whose characteristics the son has picked up and further polished. Everything about the man is fake: the voice, the diction, the assumed toffery, the clothes, the elaborate courtesy - the only genuine thing about him is the condescension. As for intellect, I’ve yet to find an original thought in anything he says or writes.
