It took me awhile to discover this trick, my link above begins at 12,082 seconds;

1. Stop the video at the proper point.

2. click ‘share’

3.in the lower left of the popup window there is a box “Start at xx.xx” which will be the point you stopped the video at.

4. click “copy”

5. paste the saved link in FR post.

6. the reader will see the video begin at the point you want him to.

At least that’s how it works on my desktop. Doesn’t work on my android.
