If this virus leaves us with only two words, they should be “BOYCOTT” and “CHINA.”
And if the left considers that a “hate crime” screw them. The Chinese screwed up our country, are killing our people - and a couple of hundred OTHER countries as well. The LEAST we can do is worm our way out of our entanglements with their disgusting country - and if that means I have to pay twice as much for a shirt, so be it - at least that shirt would be MADE IN AMERICA and LAST twice as long as the garbage coming out of China.
Easier said than done. In some items it’s close to impossible. In others one has to do a lot of work to find the non Chinese product. And even then it might still be a Chinese company. How many here knew a good chunk of the Italian clothing industry was taken over by the Chinese until the virus hit Italy?

Millions of people would be very happy to do that, but there are two major obstacles. First, in many places around the country it is almost impossible to find products that are not manufactured in China or some other foreign country. And secondly, where products made in the USA are readily available, millions of people simply do not have enough discretionary income to pay the higher prices.
