Save the patients first, them worry about your Nobel prize-winning, double blind, peer-reviewed and published in a prestigious medical journal study.

"Stop the Bleeding
Clear the Airway
Start the Breathing
Protect the Wound
Treat for Shock"
Etc. etc. etc.

Save the patients, then worry about the paperwork.

part of saving the patients is knowing you are not harming them. We are using the drugs but the studies need to be done. Look up xigris for example. I have been practicing medicine for 35 years and have seen a lot of initially promising things turn out to be harmful or ineffective. There is a reason we do the studies
