Its happening in states with Republican Governors too. In Alabama they are tracking who is violating stay at home via cell phone tracking.
“Yesterday the number of new case jumped 160,” she (Governor Ivey) said. “That was a big jump. Also EMA metrics that they got from the cell phone data, and it shows people are not paying attention to the orders we’ve asked them to abide by.”
