I don’t think they are lying, exactly, but I think the death statistics are flawed.
I read today that jazz guitar legend Bucky Pizzarelli died of Coronavirus, at the age of 94. Reading further, it comes to light that in 2016 - 2017, he suffered several severe strokes and pneumonia, lung damage, and was incapacitated...
My point is that there are medical guidelines for assigning cause of death that are being ignored here. Hundreds of thousands of very old and very sick people die of non-accidental deaths each year, and a certain percent of them will have been infected with Covid-19. That does not mean that is what killed them or that they would not have died anyway. But that is how it is being reported.
They make the same error in other areas too. For example, in a twelve car pile up, caused by a sober truck driver’s brakes failing, in which 20 people died - if one of the victims had a couple drinks they call the accident “alcohol related”.
People reporting these stats aren’t statisticians, they are politicians, they are reporters, they are bureaucrats, even the doctors and professors have agendas - where is their next research grant coming from? What corporate hospital conglomerate do they work for? Which big Pharma corporation are they shilling for?

I particularly don't trust any numbers from Cuomo in New York. He has a very long history of Trump hatred. Cuomo is going to use coronavirus to garner as much of the federal $2.2 Trillion “stimulus” money as he can.
Already, New York State alone accounts for coronavirus cases, going by Cuomo's figures.
I mentioned this a few months ago. This virus is to the human race what a pack of lions are to a herd of Gazelles.
They cull the herd by picking off the weak.
