I wondered how hard it would be to switch from supplying restaurants to supplying more to groceries. Obviously there would need to be less bulk packaging. Apparently transportation is an issue. I guess milk serves as a good example.

You'd have to tear up a lot of existing contracts and negotiate new ones, never knowing when the shutdown(s) will end and the old supply chains would be needed again. That's why it's so important to impose some sort of schedule on these shutdowns.
