This virus has been in the United States since December.
It is now April.
That is a hell of a lot longer than “one month.”

Virus may have been here, although there is no confirmation of that and the first death wasn’t until the first week in March, so as a killer it is here a month. I’m not interested in any other flu statistic as they are all bogus.
I don’t believe in tracking reported cases; only recorded deathe. The first recorded death for the regular flu was in week 40 of 2019. It’ll run for a whole year and have recorded deaths each week.

While there are a lot of people who think they had it when they had a bout of the flu - and as of last week, nationally the overwhelming majority of folks that thought they had it last week did not - there is yet to be evidence that it was here in any notable number, and plenty of evidence that it was not. The evidence is that some small numbers of infected may have slipped in as early as mid-January, just before the lockdown on China, with some more coming from Europe in February.
