Most probably one of the staff brought it in.

Even if you stop all visitors the staff has to come and go.

And then the question becomes how well do they do mitigation procedures?

they probably only take the temperature of the staff member and have them sign an attestation form saying they are not sick....it could be anyone...cook, housekepper, aide, etc...

I wouldn't think they would have allowed any visitors, except in a hospice situation...
