I did a quick YouTube search for "Guayaqil Ecuador" and these are the first videos that appear. They go on and on for dozens more. I did not search "Guyaquil Ecuador Coronavirus," just "Guyaquil Ecuador."

If you need translation, cadaveres, and cuerpos are dead bodies. I can translate more if you need help, such as "Dead fall in the streets of the port city of Ecuador from covid-19."

Do you really think it's all made up? Just do a google or youtube search for Guaquil Ecuador and see what pops up on top.
