We should plan on producing more than we’ll use ourselves now. We need it not only for current consumption but also to build back stockpiles for potential future emergencies here, unlike Obama/Biden. And enough more than we’ll need here for all we’ll inevitably give out in foreign aid for their unprepared emergencies.
