This is kind of interesting.
The first vid shows a guy recording a convoy of Humvee that is actually pretty big, he said he was passing them for 20 minutes and they extended out of camera range in front of him.
At the rate he was passing them (4 per minute) and what was still out in front a little rough math results in about 200 vehicles.
The video right underneath that is a train with about 45 flatbed rail-cars with about 4 Humvee and military trucks on each car for a rough total of 160.
Both of them were, according to the person doing the recording, heading to Chicago.
John Hopkins website indicates the are getting hit hard in Chicago with 6,980 confirmed and 95 dead.
A 200 vehicle convoy is a pretty serious deployment and you have to factor in for the 2 that were recorded there were probably 2 more that were not recorded so that is a guesstimate of 700 - 800 vehicles.
Average in 3 troops per vehicle that is 2400, just for Chicago?

Actually it was 8 - 10 per minute.
I don't know where that 4 came from.
