We’ve been able to vote absentee by mail in Indiana for decades. Is this not available in other states?

If a country registrar of voters restricts the ballots to registered citizens, it works.

If you can pick up a ballot in a store along with you milk then mail it in, then integrity is lost.

Guess which process the dims will insist takes place?

Yes, Colorado went all mail in some time ago. Helped turn the state blue. Ripe for ballot fraud.

In Texas not everyone can vote absentee. To vote by mail or absentee in Texas you must meet the following criteria:

be 65 years or older
be disabled
be out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance; or
be confined in jail, but otherwise eligible.
