Americans are P*ssies. I am surrounded by hand wringing, begging and pleading for us to all fall in line to save us all. So darn stupid.
First, social distancing only saves someone in the respect that the hospitals won’t be overwhelmed. Distancing doesn’t mean you won’t get the disease, eventually.
Second, the group think has taken over. Just as climate change is settled science, social distancing is the ONLY answer. I’m watching Sweden pursue herd immunity. I wish them the best, and it’s the path I would have chosen. I am not a medical professional, but I can read.
Can you imagine how these folks would react if they got hit with anthrax?
The only reason our hospital emergency rooms are filled is because they're all thinking they're going to die.
Two years ago the same people would still be working or staying home a few days depending on the severity of their symptoms.......
Niece is an ER doctor and she says when patients show up at the VA, they report to the outdoor hazmat tent where they are evaluated. If mild symptoms, which she says most are, they are sent home and told to stay there. Those with harsher symptoms are allowed into the ER where they are treated by my niece and her fellow doctors then sent home. She says that only about 5 patients per day require hospitalization........
We gotta flatten the curve. /s
