HCQ is a pill so it can’t be a vaccine. However it does appear to be effective. I haven’t read ANY studies where it wasn’t.

In the patients that I have treated with this protocol (Plaquenil and Zithromax), I see improvement in oxygenation within 6 - 8 hours. It is a pretty amazing turn around.
