Ohio District Court Judge Michael Barrett is the second GWB appointed judge to overturn an abortion ban during the COVID-19 crisis. Federal Judge Lee Yeakel, also a GWB appointee, overturned the abortion ban in Texas. Judge Myron H. Thompson, a Carter appointee overturned the abortion ban in Alabama. I would have expected these judges to have been Obama appointees.
