No. I think Rush is saying that there is going to be serious, sustained damage to the US economy if such a large percentage of it is shutdown for an extended period of time.
I think he is telling us to prepare for the soon to arrive Time To Panic.
It will never betime to panic.
It might be time for war.
I thought this monologue was pure bull sh*t! He kept hinting but said nothing! He does this crap tomorrow, without any explanation, and I’m turning him off!
