I think Biden’s mental decline is due to “Climate Change.” He is incapable of fulfilling his aspired presidential obligations due to his ongoing decent into dementia, and no one is really trying to dissuade us of this. So, who is going to say otherwise. Biden needs to be the Democrat candidate, so that he may fight “Climate Change.”
