If Biden is replaced with anyone other than Bernie Sanders, the DNC loses in November.
The Bernie Bros will not tolerate being cheated out of the nomination again. Bernie is staying in the race just for this reason.
Yes, Biden is showing early signs of dementia. But I do not feel for his family. If Biden’s family cared about him, they would not let him be in the spotlight and make an ass of himself, destroying the way his supporters look at him.

It is sick and I have no sympathy for that.
Bernie’s utopian socialist society is being shown to be all BS by the Covid-19 crisis. He’s toast and his supporters know it. If the Dems can’t get Cuomo to run, look for them to cede the White House and switch focus to House and Senate races. At least then they can “control” Trump’s agenda. And in a worst case scenario, re-start impeachment all over again.
I’m not sure Biden’s family can intervene at this point.
Hunter has to keep a low profile and I don’t understand why Jill is going along with this campaign. She has to hear the rumblings both in and out of the party. Certainly it’s not about money. They have sufficient means and she has to know he isn’t going to beat Trump in November. She’s always kept a low profile, so unless the party is saying he has to go forward to prevent Bernie from gaining the nomination, I can’t figure out what her motivation is.
