Well Wagner is putting some of her money on a horse’s ass, which is typical of her.

It is against the law (except in Chicago, NY City, Philly, LA, SF, Seattle, Portland, Detroit, etc) to vote for a dead person. However that has never stopped a Democrat machine from doing just that.

Slow Joe, Dead Joe, Cornpop Joe, embalmed Joe, Zombie Joe. All of them will serve some Democrat Party purpose, even if it is only as a stage prop until the new “saver of the day” is picked, confirmed, then nominated, confirmed again, and gets the crap beaten out of them by Trump.

Plan A: Hope that Biden somehow wins the general election. Then when he steps down, falls, or is pushed, the younger VP becomes POTUS. Even Biden probably knows that he would not last long.

Plan B: Bribe Bernie to drop out, so that Joe can drop out.
