Millennials are born somewhere between early 80’s and 2000. I think this generation is Gen Z. Tend to be more competitive rather than inclusive.

I was born in ‘83, and although I’m technically a millennial, I choose to associate with the “xennial” crowd. Most of the stuff millennials are criticized for is the fault of the latter years of the millennial generation, and Gen Z. Many of us born in the 80s do not fit the profile at all.
