Who said it is only effective with the first symptoms? We have been giving it to ICU patients with some good results although .that is anecdotal and studied need to be done about the best time to start it
I’ve read it in several places but don’t have a cite handy. Maybe I should qualify by saying it “seems to be most effective” when given soon after symptoms appear.
I do note that in the article, the guy quoted says the EU study waits too long to administer it.
In New York, Zelenko used hydroxychloroquine 200mg twice a day for 5 days.
In the first French study, Gautret et al. used 600mg of hydroxychloroquine daily.
Can the Hydroxy (presumably with zinc) be given without the Azith if the patient is vaccimated against pneumonia or is there something syngergistic about using the 2 together?
