Definitely angry and very self-centered people. Very stressed people dealing with careers and the cost of living there. And some of the most bigoted people in this country. I miss the weather (I lived in California for 59+ years), but I don’t miss the people.
Lived there for 12. I go back to visit family 3 times a year. I too miss the weather and ocean. But there’s nothing like Sweet Home Alabama.
