Cuomo admitted today again that the state has no money, but he’s insinuating it's because of the Coronavirus expenses, which is a crock of baloney. He knew from the get go NY was already broke and why he never prepared and was screaming it was the Governments responsibility to help them. Cuomo's one of the biggest scam artists there is! He'll be certain to make himself smell like a rose when all is said and done...and everything else is the Governments fault.
